Holiroots at BIOFACH 2024

Hi, everyone! Last week was full of excitement as the Holi-Team joined the BIOFACH in Nürnberg – the World’s Leading Trade Fair for Organic Food! 🌱 Without a doubt, it’s our first major highlight of 2024! ✨

Picture this: our stand was among 2,550 exhibitors from all over the world, visited by over 35,000 people! Being a start-up at such a large and important fair is a special feeling of being both so ‘small’ and yet so ‘big’ at the same time. BIOFACH gathers the most important players in the organic food industry, many of whom have been a source of inspiration since the beginning of our journey. It’s even more empowering to present our unique organic vegetable crackers and share our growth story in such an environment. 🌿

While four days of the fair demand some energy, we were more than charged through all the support and feedback we received! 🔥 So great how many people share our belief that all vegetables are valuable irrespective of shape and form! 🥕 Our new flavor – leek and nutmeg – seems to be especially loved by the visitors, boosting our desire to continue being creative with combinations of spices and fresh vegetables (always >30% in each cracker to keep the nutritious benefits). 👩🏽‍🍳

And can we just take a moment to appreciate the incredible diversity at BIOFACH? Exhibitors from 94 countries came together to celebrate nutritious and sustainable food. It was a beautiful reminder of the importance of keeping it local while also embracing innovation – something that’s at the heart of what we do at Holiroots! 💚

Now that we’ve wrapped up, we’re full of motivation to nurture fruitful partnerships across Europe – Belgium, Netherlands, France, but most importantly Germany! Huge shoutout to the amazing BIOFACH team for giving us this incredible opportunity. And guess what? We’re already preparing some tasty new treats for the next round!👀
