Tomato humus with cracker

Carrot Vegetable Cracker With Hummus

Ingredients

  • 200g cooked chickpeas
  • 5 half-dried tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Pinch of chili powder
  • 1/3 teaspoon cumin powder
  • A bunch of fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Holiroots Carrot Cracker with Cumin

Preparation 15′

  1. Drain the chickpeas well.
  2. Place in a food processor and add the tomatoes, garlic, spices, tahini and olive oil.
  3. Blend in, season to taste with black pepper, salt, and add a little water and blend again until a smooth fluffy humus is obtained.
  4. Coarsely chop the coriander leaves and add them as topping on the humus. Serve with the Holiroots Carrot Cracker with Cumin as a dip and enjoy!!!
