Tomato humus with cracker
Ingredients
- 200g cooked chickpeas
- 5 half-dried tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- Pinch of chili powder
- 1/3 teaspoon cumin powder
- A bunch of fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Holiroots Carrot Cracker with Cumin
Preparation 15′
- Drain the chickpeas well.
- Place in a food processor and add the tomatoes, garlic, spices, tahini and olive oil.
- Blend in, season to taste with black pepper, salt, and add a little water and blend again until a smooth fluffy humus is obtained.
- Coarsely chop the coriander leaves and add them as topping on the humus. Serve with the Holiroots Carrot Cracker with Cumin as a dip and enjoy!!!
