Beet Root Vegetable Cracker With Beet Root Hummus


  • 1 can of cooked white beans
  • 1 cooked red beet
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon zaatar
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • Holiroots Beet Cracker with Thyme

Drain the white beans well

Preparation 5′

  1. Blend the white beans together with the beet, garlic, and olive oil into a smooth pesto, season to taste with black pepper and salt.
  2. Place in a bowl, top with the zaatar and serve as a dip with the Holiroots Beet Cracker with Thyme. Enjoy!
