White bean-red beet dip
Ingredients
- 1 can of cooked white beans
- 1 cooked red beet
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon zaatar
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Holiroots Beet Cracker with Thyme

Drain the white beans well
Preparation 5′
- Blend the white beans together with the beet, garlic, and olive oil into a smooth pesto, season to taste with black pepper and salt.
- Place in a bowl, top with the zaatar and serve as a dip with the Holiroots Beet Cracker with Thyme. Enjoy!
